If the items you purchased in-store or online do not meet your expectations, don’t worry. Below you will find more information about our return and exchange policy.
Online Purchases: Return & Exchange Policy
Orders placed online may be returned by mail to our warehouse. To obtain a full refund, the return must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the value of the merchandise, except in cases of manufacturing defects or quality issues.
Items cannot be returned or exchanged if:
- 1. The item is in used or non-resellable condition
- 2. The items have been consumed or used
- 3. The item is returned without its original packaging or is not in new condition
How to return orders? To initiate a return, please contact us at the address or call us at (514) 328-1421. A return authorization number will be issued once the return is approved.

After receiving your return and verifying the condition of your item, we will process your refund and/or exchange. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to be completed.

Disclaimer: If your return is shipped outside the return period and the above conditions are not met, Laudie reserves the right to refuse the return. Processing of the return will be at our discretion, in which case your item may be donated to a local organization or rejected without refund.
