• • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are processed the same business day, whenever possible.
• • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

0–1 business days (Monday to Friday)

3. Delivery (Transit) Times

• Greater Montréal

• • 1–2 business days

Rest of Québec

• • 3–5 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time (Processing + Transit)

Shipments are handed off to carriers Monday through Friday.

5. Large, Heavy, or Palletized Orders
